Because many of our products are personalized/customized, please check product descriptions carefully. Refunds or returns for customized items are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Eligibility

• Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days in original condition (unused, packaging intact).
• Personalized/custom products: eligible for replacement or refund only if defective or incorrect as produced.
• To start a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of acceptance. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
